How do I get a PDF receipt?
Click "Print / Save PDF," then in the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. On Mac, look for the PDF dropdown in the bottom-left of the print dialog. All modern browsers support this natively.
Does my business info get saved?
Yes — click "My Business" in the nav bar (or the "Edit My Business" button) to save your business name, email, phone, address, and logo. It's stored locally in your browser using localStorage and pre-fills every document you create. Nothing is sent to any server.
What if a customer partially paid?
Enter the amount they actually paid in the "Amount Paid" field. The receipt will show the balance due and stamp "PARTIAL PAYMENT" instead of "PAID." Issue a follow-up receipt when the remainder is collected.
